Teams has the ability to host video based conferencing for up to 250 participants.
Meetings are scheduled using the Calendar app (left hand side). This calendar is synced with the calendar within your MADEC mailbox, usually viewed through Outlook or Webmail (also accessible from mobile devices).
To schedule a video conference meeting, click "+ New Meeting" at the top.
Enter the neccessary details, including title, time and date, repeat schedule and description.
You can invite external attendees by typing their email address.
Once saved, an invitation will be sent to attendees to add to their calendar, including a link to join the video conference. The meeting will also be added to your calendar within Outlook, Webmail and mobile devices.
