INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Box & Pack Equipment: If you have been sent new equipment you can use this box or find a suitable box/buy an Australia Post box. MAKE SURE ALL POWER CABLES are returned. Place the old equipment into the box, If possible, use the original packaging materials to secure the equipment and prevent damage during transit if not available please pack securely. Include all components that were originally sent with the equipment.
  2. Affix the Address Label: Print the attached address label attached. Securely attach the label to the box's outside containing the computer Equipment, the label needs to be visible and all previous labels or markings are covered or removed.

 

Post Back the Equipment:

 

Via Australia Post: Take the sealed box to your nearest Australia Post office.

Payment Method: Use the company credit card provided to you for the postage costs. If a company credit card is not available, please pay for the postage upfront, and retain the receipt for reimbursement.

Reimbursement: Should you need to seek reimbursement for the postage cost, fill out the reimbursement form accurately with the necessary details of the expense. Attach the original postage receipt to the form and submit it according to the company's reimbursement policy.

Please ensure that the equipment is securely packaged and the address label is correctly affixed to avoid any issues with the return process. If you have any questions or require further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.
