What’s the Problem?

The company's "Resources" tab isn't showing up in teams after migrating to the new Teams. Here's how you can fix it yourself.

Steps:

Step 1: Open Teams and Go to Files

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.
  2. Go to the Team tab down the left-hand side.
  3. Select a team you are a member off 
  4. If you are not a member of a Team you can join the MADEC Australia Organisation wide team via the Join or Create button in the top right and search for it

Step 2: Click on Files Button

  1. At the top of the screen, click on the Files or Shared button or tab.

Step 3: Go Back to Resources

  1. Now, go back to the Resources tab.
  2. The website should be showing up now!

Still Not Working?

  • Try closing and reopening Microsoft Teams.
  • If it still doesn't work, get in touch with IT support for help.
