Follow these steps to configure your work iPhone:

 

1. Language Selection

  • Select your preferred language to start the setup process.

 

2. Country Selection

  • Choose your country or region.

 

3. Appearance Settings

  • Select your appearance preference (Light or Dark mode) then touch 'Continue.'

 

4. Quick Start

  • Choose 'Set Up Without Another Device' to proceed without transferring information from another iPhone.

 

5. Wi-Fi Connection

  • Select 'Continue Without Wi-Fi' to skip connecting to a network at this time.

 

6. Apps & Data Transfer

  • Choose 'Don’t transfer anything' to start fresh without old data.

 

7. Remote Management

  • At the 'Remote management' screen, select 'Enrol this iPhone.'

 

8. Login with MADEC Credentials

  • Log in with your regular MADEC computer username and password (NOT your email address).

 

9. Apple ID Setup

  • At the Apple ID screen, select 'Forgot password or don’t have an Apple ID,' then 'Set Up Later in Settings' and 'Don’t use.'
  • Note: We suggest not using a personal Apple ID on your work iPhone.

 

10. Mail App Configuration

  • When running the Mail App for the first time, confirm your MADEC account details.

 

11. Final Steps

  • If your iPhone encounters any issues or doesn't work as expected, contact IT Support at 03 5025 4099 and leave a message.
