- Prerequisites for Account Modification:
- Manager Account Modification Request Form must be received before modifying the account.
- Account Modification Timeline:
- Once the request is received, ensure all additional notes or requests for the account modification are kept in the same job.
- The IT Helpdesk has up to two business day hours to Modify the account from a Change of job role.
- Managers who submit the Account Modification Request Form must allow two clear business days for account modification is needed.
