These instructions will guide users on opening VETtrak throught he Hosted Environment Launcher. If you do not have this icon on your desktop, submit a job to IT Support to have it installed:



  1. Open the VETtrak Launcher using the icon on your desktop as above.
  2. This box will appear. The Organisation code (MDC) and Password should be prefilled:
  3. Click "Connect"
  4. You may receive this warning, do not be alarmed. Tick the box "Don't ask me again for connections to this computer" and click Connect:
  5. A remote desktop connection will be opened:
  6. Double-Click on the "VETtrak" icon on this desktop connection.
  7. VETTrak will open, enter your VETtrak login username and password. Click "OK".
  8. To shut the application down, YOU MUST close VETtrak using the "X" in the top right corner, or select File>Exit.
  9. You can then close the remote connection using the "X" in the top bar:
