To record a new name recording:


Bring up the menu screen by pressing the Home button

Go to Messages, Message Center


If you have not already set a 4 digit passcode (PIN), you will be forced to do so.  The default passcode is usually set to be your office location post code, so for Mildura it will be 3500.  When setting your new passcode, it cannot be all 4 the same, ie: 1111, 6666 etc nor can it be a simple sequence like 1234, 6543 etc


Once you have entered your passcode, you can then set up your voicemail by choosing option 3 (Greetings menu) 

To record your name choose option 1 and then follow the prompts



The system uses your name recording as part of it's default busy greeting and it's default unanswered greeting.  If you want to record a fully personalised greeting, please follow the steps below.

To record a new unanswered greeting:

Bring up the menu screen by pressing the Home button

Go to Messages, Message Center

Press 1

Press 3 and then follow the prompts



To record a new busy greeting:

Bring up the menu screen by pressing the Home button

Go to Messages, Message Center

Press 1

Press 2 and then follow the prompts
