Bring up the menu screen by pressing the Home button
Go to Messages, Message Center
Enter your 4 digit passcode (unless you have changed it, this by default should be the postcode of your office eg. Mildura - 3500. If you are unable to gain access, contact the helpdesk)
To listen to your voice messages, press 1 and then follow the prompts
