Bring up the menu screen by pressing the Home button
Choose Directories, Enterprise Directory
You enter names in the search box the same way we sent txt messages on early mobile phones...
If you want the letter D, press the 3 key once
The letter E, press the 3 key twice
The letter N, the 6 key twice
The letter I, the 4 key three times
The letter S, the 7 key four times
(you should get the hang of it)
Then press Submit
You only need to enter the first few letters of a name + submit, to show a short list of matching names
Arrow down (using the round arrow dial) to the name you want
Press the centre button and then the dial button
