On the VVX411 you can display a total of 11 Quick Dial names
Press the Home button
Select Directories
Select Contact Directory
Press Add
Enter a First Name
Press down, then enter a Last Name (if you wish)
Press down, then enter the person's telephone number (either a full 10 digit number or an extension number)
Press Save
That entry will now appear on your main screen.
You can make as many entries as you like in your Contact Directory but only the first 11 will be displayed on the screen
It is possible to rearrange the order of the entries by editing the entry and modifying the number in the Favourite Index field. Entries will then display in numerical order. Hint - number the entries you want to see, from 1 to 11
