Following these instructions, you will be able to change the password used to sign in to Telstra Business Connect (TBC) and make calls from your PC/Laptop/mobile device.
- Open Telstra Business Connect and sign in using the default password provided to you. Your username will be [email protected] (substitute the first 10 digits with your desk phone number if you have one).
- Click on the Cog icon in the bottom right hand corner, and open the General settings from the menu
- Click the slide button for "Update password"
- In the "Current password" field, enter the default/current password you used to sign into TBC
- In the "New password" field, enter your new password. It must be at least 7 characters long and contain 1 symbol, 1 Upper case, 1 lower case, and 1 number. It must also be different to any previous password used with TBC
- in the "Verify new password" field, enter your new password again.
- Press the "Enter" key on your keyboard. If successful, very little will happen, you can then return to the dial pad or contacts page. Any errors will show in red.
- Next time you login to TBC, use the new password you have just set.
