A couple of things to note:

  • This password is also used for Single Sign On (SSO) services for use with Zoom, ELMO, Office365 including Teams, etc.)
  • This password is not connected to ECSN/ESAM, Bridge or Nitro.
  • If you are issued a MADEC mobile device (phone or tablet), you will also need to update this password in the mail settings. Devices should prompt for this, please do so promptly to avoid account lockouts.
