Users who have locked their account out must contact the IT Helpdesk via one of the following methods:
- Having a colleauge submit a ticket on their behalf
- Calling the IT Helpdesk on 03 5025 4099 and leaving a voice message
Helpdesk staff will then contact locked out users directly, using konwn contact methods (site phone numbers, mobile numbers).
Helpdesk staff can then asssist with troubleshooting, unlocking accounts and resetting passwords where neccessary.
Where an account has experienced repeated lockouts within a 8 hour period, an investigation into the cause of the lockouts will be performed before reauthorising access.
