Press the house/home button on Your handset
Below the house/home button you will find a circle button with arrows on it.
Press the arrows and move the highlight box to the settings (orange cog) icon
and press the centre button in the middle of the round button.
Press the circle button with arrows on it again select 1 Basic and press the centre button
then move down to number 7 restart phone, and Press the centre button in the middle of the round button.
Wait till it goes back to the home screen. Music should play before you reach this screen.
Flip the phone over and pull the cord furthest from the handset
It should look like this then wait a few seconds and plug the cable back into where you pulled it out from.
The phone should turn back on and you will see the tree light turn on.
Let the phone finish starting up and the date and time should be re-synced
