Enable Finisher settings on Copier / Printer
01 . Search for Control Panel in Start Menu .
02 . Open Control Panel .
03 Change view to Small icons .
04 . Open Devices and Printers
05 . Right click on Copier / Printer and choose Printer properties .
06 . In Printer Properties click on Configuration tab .
07 . In Configuration tab click Bi-Directional Setup .
08 . Click Get Information from Printer .
09 . Once Network Address is present and radio button shows as On , click OK .
10 . Click Apply and then OK on Configuration tab .
11 . Repeat steps 05 -> 10 for other Copiers / Printers that require finisher settings .
12 . Close Control Panel .
13 . Fully close and then reopen any applications that need to print with finishing settings .
14 . Print with finisher settings ( ie staples , punched holes etc etc ) .
